Thank you for contacting product support. It stays cold for two hours so it can be worn 1-2 times depending on how long it is worn. In between applications keep it in a sealed plastic bag.

Thank you for your question. The product is a one-time use. It will stay cold for 2 hours. Depending on treatment time it can be used several times in that 2 hours, but must be kept sealed in a plastic bag.
