Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30 day return window to help ensure our products are right for you. While we aim to be fair and accommodating, there are a few reasonable conditions that apply. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. If, within 30 days of delivery, you decide the product isn’t right for you, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for your refund to appear in your account. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this return policy, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. In that case, we’re happy to return the item to you upon request, but you will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs. Please let us know within 7 business days of the date we send our notice if you would like the item returned. If we do not hear from you within that time, the item will be discarded, and no replacement or refund will be issued. Please note:

The DonJoy Defiance Custom Knee Brace does not qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee because it is custom made
It can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund from the time your return arrives at our warehouse
