Orders will be shipped within 1 business day for in-stock merchandise purchased before noon pacific time Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday ex. Public Holidays. If a product is out of stock customer will be contacted with an updated ETA, an alternate item, or offer of a refund. Instructions for Use

Freezing

Lay the gel pack flat in the freezer at least one hour prior to use. Be sure to use a towel or cloth between your skin and the gel pack. When not in use, store the gel pack back in the freezer.

Heating

Microwave: From room temperature, microwave the gel pack for 10-30 seconds. If frozen, microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Add 10 second increments as needed.

Hot Water: Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack for 4-10 minutes. Check gel pack frequently to reach desired temperature. Test temperature of product before application.

Warning: Do not use the gel pack directly on skin. Always place a cloth barrier between the gel pack and skin. Always check the temperature prior to application. If hot/cold therapy becomes uncomfortable, remove the gel pack.

Care

To clean, rinse gel packs with clean cool water and wipe dry.
