What Is TENS?

Instructions:

  1. Check the battery power of the device.
  2. The LED light will be lit if it is charged.
  3. If LED light is not lit, charge the device with the provided USB cable.
  4. While charging, the LED light will flash and will become solid when finished.
  5. Snap the electrode onto the Lidocaine patch prior to applying to skin.
  6. Carefolly remove the protective cover film from the electrode patch.
  7. Avoid touching the sticky electrode gel with your fingers.
  8. Make sure application area is clean.
  9. Place the connected TENS and electrode unit on the targeted pain area.
  10. Press down firmly and ensure a full and firm contact to the targeted area.
  11. Hold the On/Off button to turn on the unit.
  12. The LED light will be lit, indicating devise is on.
  13. Adjust the stimulation intensity by pressing and holding the (+) button to increase and the (-) button to decrease.
