The DonJoy Performance Coldform Utility Wrap delivers hot and cold therapy in one to reduce pains, aches, swelling, and soreness. Utilizing hot therapy before working out or exercising will help warm up your muscles to lower your risk of injury. Utilizing cold therapy after every workout will help reduce inflammation and help you recover faster. The Coldform Utility Wrap is versatile and can be used on many parts of the body like the ankle, elbow, shin, forearm, or calf. This low-profile compression wrap allows you to treat yourself to hot and cold therapy comfortably, on-the-go, and hands-free. One size fits most. Delivering hot and cold therapy due to treat elbow, forearm, ankle, calf or shin pain and swelling, the Coldform Utility Wrap offers:
Instructions for Use
Lay the gel pack flat in the freezer at least one hour prior to use. Be sure to use a towel or cloth between your skin and the gel pack. When not in use, store the gel pack back in the freezer.
Microwave: From room temperature, microwave the gel pack for 10-30 seconds. If frozen, microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Add 10 second increments as needed.
Hot Water: Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack for 4-10 minutes. Check gel pack frequently to reach desired temperature. Test temperature of product before application.
Warning: Do not use the gel pack directly on skin. Always place a cloth barrier between the gel pack and skin. Always check the temperature prior to application. If hot/cold therapy becomes uncomfortable, remove the gel pack.
To clean, rinse gel packs with clean cool water and wipe dry.
