I am trying to find replacement pads kit for my knee brace and was told by the rep to plug in the serial # too get the correct kit. This is an older brace serial # 12795 if you could get back with me so I can place an order I would appreciate any help. If you can email me or call me @ 615-533-7075

I have a don joy legend CI version (4 front straps, front and back)

My brace is size large, right knee, approximately 10 years old. I replaced the pads and straps about 2 years ago and learned at that time that I needed to order the extra strap

I would like to order 2 each replacement pad/strap kits with the CI version strap included. the standard legend ACL model replacement kits don't include the front strap just above the knee. Cell phone 619.249.1800.

The softgoods kit for a CI Strapping, Right, Large Legend is 11-1182-4-00000
this will replace all soft goods for this brace. Should you have any additional questions, please let us know.

I have a right Legend brace, approx 11-12 yrs old. I need to only replace 2 straps, not the entire kit of straps and pads. How could I order only the 2 straps? Please e-mail an answer. Thank you

Call Customer Care at 800-336-6569 they are able to order individual straps and strap pads for you, we don't have those part numbers available on www.betterbraces.com.

I have a DonJoy knee brace. can the things on the side that you put the straps through be replaced

Are you referring to the D-rings, the metal rings on the side of the brace?

If so, you will need to contact Customer Care to replace those rings.

The Custom Defiance has a brace number on the inside frame just below the condyle pads and 4/5 strap. The patient ready braces do not have a brace number but you can usually find the size on the inside of the thigh liner by pulling it away from the frame
