I have a custom fitted locking knee brace that keeps sliding down my leg with the liner I use. It only stays in place when I use it without the under-sleeve which is very uncomfortable. Do yo have a recommendation for a sleeve that will keep the brace from sliding down with the sock ?

Hello Jesse,
Have you tried the DonJoy Knee Brace Undersleeve - Supplex/Lycra? Perhaps an alternate material will alleviate the issue.
Another option is the DonJoy Anti-Migration Band For Rigid Braces, which, made of suede, replaces the strap pads on the upper calf strap (#4, 5 strap) and helps to keep the brace suspended on the leg.

I play <a href="{{store direct_url='basketball'}}">basketball</a> and have a don joy custom knee brace and use the cotton lycra undersleeve my brace slides with the sleeve will the neoprene undersleeve fix the sliding or what will ?

You may want to try an DonJoy Anti-Migration Band For Rigid Braces, (https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-anti-migration-band-for-rigid-braces) if you do not have one already.
You can also use DonJoy 26" Piece of Silicone Strap Padding (https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-26-piece-of-silicone-strap-padding) to replace your current strap pads and add more grip to them.

How tight should the neoprene sleeve fit? I measured 17.5", ordered the small. It was difficult to get on, once on it feels snug.

What were your knee circumference and your calf measurements? The sleeve might be difficult to get on because of the neoprene, If it is snug but not uncomfortable, then it is correct.

In order to determine your correct size, you would have to take 3 circumference measurements:
1. around the center of your knee
2. 6" above the center of your knee
3. 6" below the center of your knee
Your leg measurements would determine what size brace you would need:

XS 13" - 15.5" (33-39 cm) 12"-13" (30-33 cm) 10"-12" (25-30 cm)
S 15.5" - 18 .5" (39-47 cm) 13"-14" (33-35 cm) 12"-14" (30-35 cm)
M 18.5" - 21" (47-53 cm) 14"-15" (35-38 cm) 14"-16" (35-40 cm)

Hy I have a custom <a href="{{store direct_url='knee-braces'}}">knee brace</a>, everytime that I put the knee brace is falling down and make my sking chaffing. which knee brace undersleve wold be better for me? and that will prevent my knee brace from falling?

my old one (not a donjoy) was given with my brace like 2 yrs ago and it was a large, it is worn all day under my brace but it now is stretched out and falls.
at the time i got it, it was fine but now not so good, plus i am loosing weight.
If i had to choose on my own, maybe the Med?

We would recommend that you go with the size Large but if you would like for it to be more snug, you also are on the cusp of a medium (since you are losing weight as well).
