Find the Right Fit:
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, leg muscles gently flexed.
- Place measuring tape flat against the skin (not tight). Measure leg circumference at:
- 6 inches above kneecap
- Center of kneecap
- 6 inches below kneecap
- Use chart to find your size. If you land between sizes—or if thigh and calf measurements suggest different sizes—choose the larger option.
A correctly sized brace will feel comfortably snug and supportive without being excessively tight.

I have chondromalatia patella, and I'm looking for something that gives me support, but isn't TOO much brace. Would this still be good for me? Or would the reaction web knee brace be my only option

This brace would be for patella femoral issues including chondromalacia. You can certainly try this brace for your knee

I had ACL reconstruction 4 years ago. I started having lower lateral knee pain after walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes or so. My knee feels stiff and if i continue, the pain intensifies. I have to take 3 or 4 days off to let it settle down before i can go back to the gym. Will this brace support the lateral side of my knee when exercising?

The Webtech will decrease pain in the front of the knee not the lateral side. The pain you are feeling could be coming from a tight illiotibial band. I would suggest the Trizone Knee Support. I have patellofemoral pain syndrome which affects the medial side of my patella when I go into a low squat position. I'm a varsity level rower so I need something extremely lightweight/has the least amount of fabric covering my knees. This brace looks like it's the best in terms of weight and comfort, but will it provide adequate support?

I'm taking my measurements; Thigh above = 16in.; Calf below 13.5in., which looks like a small size, but my knee center is kind of bony and is measuring 15 inches, which is sized for a med. I'm thinking I need a small, what should I order? Thank You
