DonJoy Performance Athlete Nick Symmonds Goes for Gold
After qualifying for the last two Olympic Games in the Men's 800m, Nick Symmonds knows what it takes to reach the pinnacle of track and field. Despite a nagging ankle injury, Nick believes that 2016 is his year to bring home a medal.
“Dealing with injuries is a nightmare. You end up actually training harder when your injured than when your not injured.” said Nick Symmonds. “At this level, every single mile, every day of training, ultimately counts towards that tenth of a second that means the difference between winning a medal and not winning a medal.”
Good to luck to Nick Symmonds and all those competing at the 2016 US Olympic Trials!
