I have a 38" waist. Should I get a Large or Extra Large?
Question by: Skip on Oct 17, 2013, 4:43 PM
Skip
Thank you for contacting product support. I would go with the XL, that way you know that it will fit you, you don't want to get the smaller one and t be too small.

My daughter is a back spot in competitive as well as Varsity Cheerleading. Would this support belt help to relieve some of the stress that is put on her lower back? Her position in the stunt team as well as her physically demanding tumbling routines, sometimes cause her discomfort.
Question by: Patsy on Feb 20, 2014, 11:44 AM
Patsy
Yes it would, however, it may be difficult to tunble in this brace. You should look more toward the DonJoy Elastic Back Support.
