Product Questions

My wife has an Aspen cervical collar that was applied in the hospital after surgery. Because of her small stature the Dr. had to obtain a collar from the children's.
It is labeled PD5. What size would that be in your chart?
Question by: Bill Donnell on Mar 28, 2010, 5:39 PM
That size would be the "Child Regular".

Hi, Your size chart is REALLY confusing....my sternal notch to chin is 3 1/2, circ. of my neck is 16, I have NO IDEA what that would be on your sizing chart. Do you?
Question by: Phaedra on Dec 22, 2012, 4:32 PM
Hello, Phaedra -

You can either order a small or a small/long. Because the circumference of your neck is 16", you fall in the parameters of both sizes (you are on the border of a small and fall in the cusp of a small/long). I would recommend going with the Small/Long (just to allow for extra length for comfort.

Thank you and have a great day!

Not sure what to order. sternal notch to chin is 3.5", neck is 13.5". I like the idea of the ProCare form fit but what is the difference from the Universal? And what size would I fall under for both? Very confusing chart!
Question by: tracey on Dec 20, 2013, 10:39 AM
Thank you for your question.
ProCare Form Fit Cervical Collar you would be a medium. A medium will fit circumference measurements from 13”-18” and is 3” in height. You could also get a small which fits 11”-16”, again 3” in height. For measurements you would go by the neck circumference.
The ProCare Universal will be standard in length of 24”, however the height of the collar will vary 2”, 3” and 4”. Size would be determined by the sternal notch to chin and will fit neck circumferences 10.5”-22”

For Proform Form Fit cervical collar, my neck is 14 inches and I think the sternum to chin (although not sure I'm measuring this right) is about 4.5 inches. Could you let me know what size I should order? Thank you.
