How do you wear these. Are inserted in the shoe or do you have to lift the insert in the shoe and put under that. Thank you

How do you tell when the cups have worn out?! I have gone through many pairs, but wonder if some are still useable?! Thanks.

The heel cups should last at least a year maybe longer. If they start to wear or are not as effective is when it is time to replace them.

the Dr. said they are made to be worn under socks, why is that.
