Hey Bob,
You would want the L/XL Dorsal night Splint. Luckily these braces are very adjustable so you should have no problem fitting it to your foot.

We do not go through insurance on betterbraces. but you can pay in advance and then turn it into your insurance for reimbursement.

I wear a size 10-10.5, but have very skinny ankles/calves (runner). Should I go with the small size? Thanks.

My doctor gave me this and it feels fine when I put i on, but each night I wake up in extreme discomfort. The top of my foot aches. Any suggestions?
