Can the walking toe case be washed ?

Yes, the cover can be washed using mild detergent and water and then air dried.

Does this fit the DonJoy branded walkers as well?

Hello,

The Toe Cover for Donjoy is Part # 25-1457, this is black. The Aircast Toe Cover is Grey, you could also make that part work, it velcro attach's to the liner.

Can i wear this just on my foot or does it need to go over a cast?

this is an accessory to the walking boot so it needs to adhere to the bottom of the boot to stay in place. I do not believe you can wear it without the boot
