Orthopedic Surgeon fashioned an insert w this replacement kit, that slides into my shoe. This actually worked well, but the foam only lasts about a month before it needs to be replaced. Is there any way to order just the foam from the kit at a lower price? I would order approximately 20 of these, if available...
