My brace pads need to be replaced. The adjustments for the brace are on the lateral side (outside) does that mean my brace is a medial brace? That information was not on my original invoice.

That is correct if the adjustment is on the outside it is a medial unloader

i use the don joy nano unload er brace on my right knee, im not sure if its lateral or medial. whats the difference?

If you're OA is located on the left side of the right knee, that is medial(inside of the knee). If it is in the right side of the right knee, that is lateral (outside).

I have a left medial nano. These frame liners don't look like the ones that came with the brace. Will they fit?
