I do cheer and I am a main base. My right wrist has been giving me trouble and is weak. I was thinking that a brace would help me but I need something that will help support my wrist when tumbling and when flying other people. Will this product help? If not, do you have any suggestions?

Is it effective in use of football especially when wearing gloves also because I am worried wrap over my hand may restrict my catching ability

I do CrossFit and could use some extra wrist support when lifting weights. How does this compare to Rogue wrist wraps?

The wrist wraps will provide compression around the wrist and will provide support, similar to taping the wrists with athletic tape. I do not know anything about the Rogue wrist wraps so I can't compare the two.
