- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, leg muscles gently flexed.
- Place measuring tape flat against the skin (not tight). Measure leg circumference at the center of the kneecap.

A correctly sized brace will feel comfortably snug and supportive without being excessively tight.

Slide foot through sleeve and pull up over the knee, placing the kneecap with in the compression zone. Make sure the logo is centered over the knee. Adjust as needed.
