What is the best knee brace for Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS).
My sizing seems to not quite slot into the standard sizes:
Thigh 6" above knee center: 21.5"
Knee at center: 18"
Calf 6" below knee center: 18"
What size brace should I get?

Hi Ralph,
We don't have brace specifically designed for IT Band Syndrome. If you are having knee pain as a result of the IT band tightness, the DonJoy Reaction knee brace will help provide relief. If you decide on the Reaction, you may have to order two sizes (M/L and XL/XXL) and return the one that doesn't fit.

How do you measure for this thigh support? Circumferences of your thigh in specific distances above the knee?

Not usually. If the brace was sized by measuring the thigh with the sleeve on it you may be able to fit it underneath, but if you already have the brace the sleeve will add 4mm of thickness to the thigh
