These are for compression only. For the heel spur I would suggest the Aircast airheel Ankle Brace. https://www.donjoystore.com/aircast-airheel-ankle-brace The brace has a air cushion under the heel to help aleviate heel pain

How do you care for this product? Do you wash just like normal socks? Also do you wear during the day WITH socks or just at night when you sleep WITHOUT socks?

Will this help with the support of the arch due to pttd ?
Question by: Sharon on Apr 10, 2015, 6:26 PM
Sharon
The Dr. Comfort OrthoSleeve is for compression of the foot, mainly for platar fascitis. The sleeve will not give you arch support. I would suggest looking at our brace the AirCast AirLift PTTD Brace. This brace provides support for those suffering from PTTD by a aircel under the arch of the foot. https://www.donjoystore.com/aircast-airlift-pttd-brace
