You can wash these as normal but i would suggest letting them air dry instead of thowing them in a dryer. They can be worn either during the day or at night.

The Dr. Comfort OrthoSleeve is for compression of the foot, mainly for platar fascitis. The sleeve will not give you arch support. I would suggest looking at our brace the AirCast AirLift PTTD Brace.
