I bought one of these for my husband who has chronic shoulder pain due to being a welder & drummer. He went to use it and the bag had a hold in it. Everything else is in great shape. Is there any way to just buy a replacement ice bag?

Does this use regular ice or is the a special ice fill that needs to be purchased separatly

You will fill the bladder with ice preferably crushed ice
