• billing your insurance company for the brace
• in person brace return or exchange if necessary

Comparing the cost of a device online vs. the cost of the same device provided in a medical professional’s office is not a valid comparison. As the consumer, you have to decide what is right for you and consider the trade-offs. Sure, online products tend to be less expensive – but you also lose the important services and benefits outlined above. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day for in-stock merchandise purchased before noon pacific time Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday ex. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30 day return window to help ensure our products are right for you. While we aim to be fair and accommodating, there are a few reasonable conditions that apply. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. If, within 30 days of delivery, you decide the product isn’t right for you, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for your refund to appear in your account. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this return policy, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. In that case, we’re happy to return the item to you upon request, but you will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs.
