AnaForm 4MM Open Patella Knee Sleeve
DonJoy Performance
The AnaForm 4MM Open Patella Knee Sleeve can be used to treat or prevent the following knee injuries:
- General Knee Pain
- Tendonitis
- Bursitis
- Mild Arthritis
- Patella Instability

Find the Right Fit:
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, leg muscles gently flexed.
- Place measuring tape flat against the skin (not tight). Measure leg circumference at:
- 6 inches above kneecap
- Center of kneecap
- 6 inches below kneecap
- Use chart to find your size. If you land between sizes—or if thigh and calf measurements suggest different sizes—choose the larger option.
A correctly sized brace will feel comfortably snug and supportive without being excessively tight.
