I have diastasis recti and after looking different splints, would you recommend using this one along with the proper exercises?

Both have the same amount of compression but the Procare binder has a lot more potiions to choose from. Depending on your height you may need a 4 panel instead of 3 and there are more sizes to choose from depending on your waist measuement.
