What are the differences between the Iceman Classic and the Iceman Clear3 units?

The Ice Man Classic is our first model and has temperature control on the hose. The Clear 3+ has this feature as well and is our newest unit with the clear bucket so you can see how much ice is in the unit. The Clear 3 does not have temperature control so the temperature cannot be regulated.

You will not be able to get all of the water out but to get most of it hang it upside down and push in the white ends of the hose and the water will drip out

You can fill the cooler with warm water up to the fill line and add two tablespoons of bleach and run the unit 10 minute with the pad attached to clean it

My Iceman now has a odor after using recently. It was stored for several months prior to this latest use. Can I run some bleach or other cleanser thru it to fix?

Yes fill with warm water and two tablespoons of bleach then run it with the pad on for 10 minutes

I called and was referred to your site , I have an iceman clear unit and misplaced(lost ) my power supply cord and need to order a new one but cannot locate it on your website. Please help, thanks

I have not used my iceman in a few years. I filled it up today to try it as my son is about to have surgery. The power comes on but there is no water coming through my pad . What could be the problem?

You can try to trouble shoot it by :
• Check water level. Add water if necessary
• Check and clean filter cap located under pump assembly
• Cold pad and hose are wrapped too tightly or the hose is kinked. Unwrap and
re-wrap the cold pad with cold therapy unit running, making sure water is
circulating freely throughout the cold pad and the hose is not kinked
• Make sure connection between the cold therapy unit hose and cold pad hose is
properly connected
