There are no replacement straps, but the brace does have a 6 month warranty. Did you obtain this brace from us? Brace Application Guide
Apply the brace while seated at the edge of a chair with the leg extended, heel on the floor, toes pointing upward, and the thigh muscles relaxed. Slide the leg through the sleeve and pull it into position so the patella opening sits slightly off‑center toward the outside of the knee, allowing the buttress to make contact with the lateral edge of the kneecap. With the buttress positioned against the skin, wrap and secure the bottom strap around the calf, followed by the top strap, adjusting both to guide the patella comfortably into alignment.
To receive maximum therapeutic support, the knee brace should feel snug and supportive without being excessively tight or restricting circulation.
Customization Tips for Compression & Support
Increase patella correction: For added pull on the kneecap, tighten both the top and bottom straps at the same time before securing them.
Fine‑tune support: The amount of patella control can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing strap tension until the desired level of support is achieved.
Adjust strap length: If needed, release the strap end from the back of the strap and shorten or lengthen it to improve fit and comfort.
Remove hinges (optional): Hinges can be removed by sliding them out through the slot at the top inside edge of the hinge casing, allowing for a lower‑profile fit if preferred.

Wash the buttress with soap and water to return the “tacky” feel as needed, or on a normal basis.
