Which is better after acl and meniscus surgery, the cold therapy unit or this ice compression wrap?

Both methods of cold therapy are beneficial to your knee after surgery. The difference is that the cold therapy unit such as the ICE Man offers continuous cold therapy for hours and can be a little more convinient to the user than filling the wrap with ice every 30 minutes.
