Ok I have ordered a pair of these inserts. But I want to be clear about the 90day money back guarentee. Even after I trim the inserts to fit my feet, if they do not help me I can still return them within 90days?

My Dr. said that the ball of my foot l has to fit in the depression spot with my heel snuggly in the heel space for the insert. His assistant said that this insert maybe too wide for my foot as these are made for men. I wear a 7.5 medium. He said I would not know if this will work until I put my foot on one. How much is your restocking fee if this cannot work for me? I think a size B is best for me.

I have had a surgery to repair the high arch on my right foot but not the left foot. My doctor is highly recommending these and I was just wondering if this will be as helpful on the right foot which has been corrected?

Brace Application Guide

Using the insole from your existing shoe as a guide, trim the Arch Rival as needed to match your shoe size. Place the orthotic securely into the shoe, ensuring it lies flat with the toe area fully seated and not folded or curled.

Break‑In Period

The Arch Rival orthotic requires a 1- 3 week break‑in period to allow your feet to gradually adapt to the support. On the first day, wear the orthotics for no more than 1–2 hours, then remove them. If no discomfort occurs, increase wear time by 1–2 hours per day until you are comfortable wearing them for a full day.
