I have severe siatica pain along with Stenosis of my spine and nerves pinch and cause A LOT of Pain!!! Which back brace should I get? Thank You!
Question by: Keiko on Mar 17, 2016, 10:40 AM
The DonJoy EXOS FORM 626 would be a good choice. The back brace uses a pull-type of system that tightens the back the brace in the pack to increase the support . the brace will make you stand, sit and walk in a posture correct positiion that should help decrease back pain. https://www.donjoystore.com/exos-form-626-spine-bracing-system

My son had a stress fracture to his L5 last year caused by the repetitive motion of competitive diving. Do you have a lower back brace he can wear while diving to help support his lower back? We have seen other competitors wear such braces while competing but not sure where to get one from.
Question by: Julie on Oct 11, 2014, 2:04 PM
Julie
I have never seen a diver wear a back brace while competeing in all my years as an athletic trainer. Just the mechanics of diving and the force of the water when entering the pool it doesn't seem that the braces would stay in the right position or give any support to the spine. You could try one of our elastic back braces such as the DonJoy Drytex Lumbarsacral support. https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-drytex-lumbosacral-support
