- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, leg muscles gently flexed.
- Place measuring tape flat against the skin (not tight). Measure leg circumference at:

- 6 inches below kneecap
- Use chart to find your size. If you land between sizes—or if thigh and calf measurements suggest different sizes—choose the larger option.

Instructions
Loosen straps and then center the brace and knee buttress over the knee. Wrap the bottom flap behind the leg and secure, then the top flap. Feed the bottom strap through the loop and attach. Repeat for the top strap. Adjust as needed.
