Below are options you have for Patella Femoral Dysfunction. I recommend taking copies of the Braces below to your Physician and asking him which will be best for you. Or you may also get you Diagnosis and call us back to speak to a Product Specialist and we may then recommend the best suited brace.

The KneedIT Knee Band will help with mild arthritis and tendonitis. However if you are looking to keep the knee cap in place I would recommend a couple other options to you.
1. The ProCare Sport Knee Reinforced offers compression and stabilization
2. The Reaction Knee Brace helps with anterior knee pain including patellar tracking
Hopefully this helps you out.
Thank you for answering.
I have been told that I have osteoarthritis in both knees. I am finding exercising now extremely painful, I have had physio and know what stretches and all I need to do in order to strengthen the knees. I am experiencing severe pain especially in the right knee and find squatting, any high impact exercises too much for my knee. I have pain all round the knee cap and behind and down the front and back of leg. sometimes find it increasingly difficult to put weight on it. if sitting for long periods of time, I find it hard to get up or sit down. can you recommend a knee brace to help support my exercises as I do not want to give them up thank you
If you are experienceing most of the pain in the front of your knee, take a look at the Reaction Knee Brace here: https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-reaction-knee-brace This brace has had success in taking the forces put on the knee during activity and dispersing that force away from painful areas. This may help more than a simple patellar band
The DonJoy Reaction Knee Brace is indicated especially for those that suffer from chondromalacia. Take a look at it https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-reaction-knee-brace You can wear it to play sports
Take a look at the Tru-pull Lite: https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-tru-pull-lite the brace is for dislocating kneecaps and is a low-profile brace so wearing them on both knees should not be a problem
I would suggest the DonJoy Cross Strap. https://www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-cross-strap Easy to put on and the straight band would work for the IT band
