Product Questions

Does the lining come out so it can be washed?
Question by: Mark on Jul 2, 2010, 12:12 PM
Yes. To clean, hand wash with a mild detergent and air dry. Do not place in the washer or dryer, this could damage the aircells in the lining.

The air pump quit working on my wife's Maxtrax air ankle walker. Is there anything I can do or check.

The liner needs to be replaced. If the boot is under warranty the liner can be replaced at no charge. Take the boot back to wear it was purchased to see if it is under warranty

I have PTTD, would this walker be good to use for this condition?
Question by: Lisa S on Oct 16, 2014, 10:49 AM
The boot will immobilize your ankle to help decrease the stretching of that tendon. You may want to purchase a arch support and put it in the boot as well
