Find the Right Fit:
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, leg muscles gently flexed.
- Place measuring tape flat against the skin (not tight). Measure leg circumference at:
- 6 inches above kneecap
- Center of kneecap
- 6 inches below kneecap
- Use chart to find your size. If you land between sizes—or if thigh and calf measurements suggest different sizes—choose the larger option.
A correctly sized brace will feel comfortably snug and supportive without being excessively tight.

Loosen the straps and use the pull tabs to step into the sleeve, sliding it up the leg until the hex patella buttress is centered over the kneecap. Confirm the hinges sit comfortably and evenly along both sides of the knee, then feed the bottom strap through the D‑rings and secure it, followed by the top strap. Adjust as needed to keep the sleeve stable during activity.
