Brace Application Guide
Begin by loosening all four straps, then pull the brace on and center the kneecap within the hex-shaped patella opening. Check that the brace sits straight, with both hinges running symmetrically down the sides of the leg. Tighten the straps in a stable sequence—top strap, bottom strap, then the middle lower strap followed by the middle upper strap, which crosses behind the leg. Make small final adjustments so the brace remains centered during movement.
To receive maximum therapeutic support, the knee brace should feel snug and supportive without being excessively tight or restricting circulation.
